CrossFit Unit is a CrossFit affiliate gym located at Kallang Wave Mall (2nd floor) within the Singapore Sports Hub, near Stadium MRT Station. They offer CrossFit group classes, Ladies' Boot Camp, and various fitness programs with constantly varied, scalable workouts suitable for all fitness levels. The gym is air-conditioned and fully equipped, emphasizing community, inclusivity, and sound CrossFit methodology. Now in its 5th iteration ('Box 5.0'), CrossFit Unit provides monthly memberships with access to a comprehensive list of programs targeting strength, weight loss, and cardiovascular health.
