Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle is a legendary Singaporean hawker stall specialising in bak chor mee (minced pork noodles), founded in 1932 by Mr Tang Joon Teo at Hill Street and now located at Crawford Lane. The stall is notable for being the one and only authentic outlet, with no franchised branches. It held a Michelin star continuously from 2016 to 2022, making it one of the most acclaimed street food stalls in Singapore. Dishes are made fresh daily with premium ingredients, served either dry with chilli and vinegar or in hot soup.
