Tasting menu fine dining by Chef Malcolm Lee at Singapore Botanic Gardens, exploring Straits cuisine.
Pangium is a tasting menu-only fine dining restaurant by Chef-Owner Malcolm Lee and the COMO Group, located within The Orangery at the Gallop Extension of the Singapore Botanic Gardens. It explores the origins of Straits and Peranakan cuisine through a contemporary lens, named after the pangium tree that springs from the buah keluak seed. The restaurant offers sweeping 180-degree views of the UNESCO World Heritage Site within an elegantly modern interior. Malcolm Lee, whose previous restaurant Candlenut was the world's first Michelin-starred Peranakan restaurant, leads the kitchen with a philosophy rooted in discovery, creativity, and genuine deliciousness.
