Shiraishi is a traditional Edomae (Tokyo-style) sushi and kaiseki restaurant located at The Ritz Carlton, Millenia Singapore, led by chef Shinji Shiraishi. The restaurant brings the four seasons of Japan to Singapore by air-shipping fresh ingredients from Toyosu Market 3–4 times per week. Guests can enjoy omakase courses, sushi counters, bento sets at lunch, and kaiseki dinner menus, along with à la carte dishes. The intimate setting includes a 12-seat sushi counter, 10 table seats, and a private room for 4–6 guests. A smart casual dress code is enforced, and reservations by phone are required.
